At FourJaw, Databowl, and SoloProtect, I worked on the areas where friction shows up first: onboarding, operational workflows, validation-heavy journeys, and interfaces that need to hold up in real use. That taught me how to balance usability, constraints, and delivery.
Teaching strengthened the same skills from another angle: sequencing information clearly, supporting different needs, reducing cognitive overload, and helping people build confidence. That carries directly into onboarding, implementation, and client-facing delivery.
