I am an Implementation Consultant at Aptem, with earlier eLearning development experience at Relish Learning. I help clients use learning and employability platforms, understand their data, and turn requirements into practical solutions.
My background combines Articulate Storyline and SCORM, Power Query and OData reporting, UX, and teaching. I bring technical problem-solving and clear guidance to the way people learn and use software.

I am an Implementation Consultant at Aptem, supporting clients with learning and employability platforms. My work includes understanding requirements, building reports with Power Query and OData, investigating data issues, and documenting solutions so others can maintain them.
At Relish Learning, I developed SCORM-compliant eLearning in Articulate Storyline and custom code. I worked with clients to understand learning objectives and turn complex subjects into structured digital content, with projects for Sainsbury’s, EY, and SDL.
Teaching gave me direct experience of how people learn, where instructions become unclear, and how to adapt support for different needs. I created step-by-step resources and video walkthroughs, and worked with assessment and evidence requirements.
My earlier UX and software development roles at FourJaw, Databowl, and SoloProtect add practical experience of onboarding, usability, and technical delivery. I use that background to connect platform capabilities with what learners, users, and stakeholders need.
