Problem

New users needed to configure validation logic, deduplication, and export workflows correctly, but the legacy experience made progression unclear and increased onboarding risk.

Focus

Setup journeys, validation-heavy workflows, configuration, and product structure.

Outcome

The platform became easier to adopt, easier to navigate, and more credible as a day-to-day SaaS product.

Approach

I simplified the highest-friction journeys, delivered clearer step-by-step interfaces, and made key setup tasks easier to understand and maintain.

Project notes

Databowl is a lead-validation and management platform with configuration-heavy journeys and a high risk of user error if setup is unclear.

My role blended UX architecture, interface delivery, and product cleanup. I worked on the parts most closely tied to adoption: onboarding, campaign setup, validation logic, and export configuration.

The value of the work was not visual polish alone. It was making the system feel more structured, more usable, and easier to configure with confidence.
